MAIN CORE BUSINESS :
1. Produce performance report on RMLT Project implementation by request within three (3) days.
2. Preparing reports on outcome evaluation of programs/projects within three (3) months after the agreed terms of reference.
3. Respond to the consultation request in the outcome evaluation of programs/projects to the agencies within three (3) days of the application.
4.Project application result submitted via e-Khas within three (3 )days.
5. Manage payment of emergency claims by the member of Parliament in 24 hours.
6. Generate list of the poor/very poor in e-Kasih within two (2) days after application.
7. Investigate and give a feedback within 14 days after receiving complaints about the well-being of the people.
SUPPORT SERVICES :
8. First respond to the question/Public Complaints within three (3) days.
REHABILITATION SERVICES :
"If For Some Reason SDO PAHANG Can Not Meet Their Obligations Within The Time Promised, We Will Immediately Give Assurance To The Customer To Implement The Responsibilities In The Agreed Time."
